• Who controls your data. Your location — the branch you order through — controls your account. Platform operators run the infrastructure on their behalf.
• What we collect. Name, email, phone, company name, and business address when your account is created; orders, quote requests, saved items, and activity while you use the Platform.
• What we do not collect. Payment card or banking information. Orders are invoiced by your location.
• Consent. First login asks you to accept this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Material changes require acceptance again before you continue.
• AI. In-app AI is used by staff for catalog work. Customer, inventory, and order row data are not sent to external AI APIs.
• Your rights. You can ask your location to update or close your account.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how this organization's storefront and customer portal ("Platform") collect and use personal information. Your location is the business you buy from. Infrastructure (hosting, database, email) is operated so that location can serve you.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

Name, email, phone, company name, and business addresses supplied when your location creates or updates your account.

Usage information

Quote requests, order requests, cart activity, team-member actions, and sign-in events needed to operate the account.

Technical information

Essential session cookies from the authentication provider, browser type, and similar logs used to keep the site secure.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect payment cards, bank accounts, or government ID numbers through the Platform.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide the catalog, quotes, orders, and team features you requested
• Let your location's staff serve your account
• Secure the Platform and prevent abuse
• Meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

4. Who Can See Your Data

• Staff at your location who need it to serve you
• Platform operators for support and security of this instance
• Hosting, database, and email processors that run this instance

Staff at other locations cannot see your customer record. Synthetic demo instances do not receive your data.

5. AI

Staff may use AI tools to write catalog descriptions or extract vendor content. Those tools must not receive customer names, addresses, order history, pricing, or inventory rows. If customer-facing AI is enabled later, it will follow the same rule unless this policy is updated and re-accepted.

7. Retention

Your location retains account and order-request records as needed to serve you and meet their own record-keeping needs. You may ask them to correct or close your user access.

8. Your Choices

• Update profile details through the portal or by asking your location
• Sign out on shared devices
• Decline updated Terms or Privacy — you will not be able to use the portal until you accept, or your location can deactivate the account

9. Changes

Material changes are published here. Portal users must accept the new Privacy Policy (and Terms, when those also change) at next login.
